Harry Grocott - Shoreline Hydrocosms
Rising out of an excavated stretch of artificial shoreline, the Mission Bay Hydro-Halls seek to challenge how we confront the effects of rising sea levels. The scheme celebrates the influx of bay water as both and environmental and recreational resource, embedding the proposal within its Californian context.
